When treating edentulous patients or patients who will go under full arch extractions and implant placement, the surgeon frequently faces major bone defects. Several techniques have been used through the years to reconstruct the ridges, including autogenous bone grafts.

These procedures lead to multiple surgeries, multiple surgical sites and complex protocols. The use of sticky xenograft will allow the surgeon to easily and predicabily augment the ridges, fill the alveolas, remodel, reconstruct the residual sites in order to obtain an harmonious hard and soft tissue anatomy, prerequisite for an optimal success of the case.
