The Top 10 Things to Know about Light Curing
March 28 @ 8:00 am – 9:15 am EDT
Light curing is simple… right? Except for the complicated physics and chemistry performed in a harsh oral environment where materials need to survive under extreme forces for many years without discoloring, de-bonding, fracturing causing patient postoperative sensitivity or premature restoration failure. This webinar will introduce the fundamental principles of light-cured dentistry. Topics covered will include what to know about your curing lights, how to implement good light curing technique, when should you consider adjusting curing times, and guidance to following the material light curing instructions for use. Upon completion of the webinar, participants will have a better understanding of: What makes a good curing light. How to implement effective light curing technique. When to adjust light curing protocols. Dental material light curing requirements.
This course is intended for dental professionals or students with a basic understanding of dental terminology, practice, and proficiency.
