This session will focus on how to engage effectively with dental patients, both by using good personal communication skills and technology, to increase the likelihood of case acceptance. Dr. Leslie Pasco will share her blueprints toward efficiently using chairside time to nudge the patient into making an informed decision, particularly when it comes to restorative work including implants, crowns, and bridges.
