COURSE DESCRIPTION

Pain experienced during periodontal procedures can lead to irregular attendance, cancellations and poor oral health outcomes1. Managing gingival discomfort is essential and can be achieved with needle-free anesthesia (NSA). Join Sarah, a bilingual independent dental hygiene practitioner, in this exciting case-study based course as she shares her experiences with NSA and how to enhance the overall patient experience and the success of your dental hygiene treatment outcomes. The course will include an anesthesia overview, NSA dosage, delivery, clinical images, and personal anecdotes.
