This session will review the current CDC infection prevention and control guidance and the CDC Core Practices that apply to dental healthcare settings. Relevant OSHA standards will be reviewed. Strategies and resources for implementing current guidance and evaluating compliance will be described.

- Exposure prevention and management
- CDC recommended immunizations for healthcare personnel
- Hand hygiene

- Managing dental water quality
