Description

Oral health teams know that creating an oral health practice that manages the impact of daily activities on the environment is critical. But how do they sustain those practices? Or if they’re new to the topic, where do they even begin?

This webinar, featuring two experts from the World Dental Federation Sustainability Task Force, will explore how oral health teams can deliver effective and high-quality care that is environmentally sustainable. Our experts will discuss the specific environmental challenges associated with dental practices and share actionable strategies practitioners and patients can implement in their next appointments. They’ll also share tools and resources that will help us all understand what steps we can take to effect positive change in the industry.

Learning Objectives

  • Analyze the specific environmental challenges associated with dental practices, including waste generation, water usage, and energy consumption.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability efforts in dental practices and the dental team’s role in monitoring and improving these efforts.
  • Develop actionable strategies for implementing environmental sustainability in dental practices.
