Dental Implant Maintenance: What works!

Peri-implant disease is a growing concern. Key differences between the disease process around dental implants compared to natural teeth make it necessary to treat implants differently. In this course you will learn what actually works based on science. Objectives: Fully understand the differences between periodontal and peri-implant diseases. Learn the requirements for debridement of titanium. Learn exactly what to use and how to use it for successful implant maintenance. Develop a chairside protocol for evaluating, debriding and maintaining titanium.
This course is intended for dental professionals or students with a basic understanding of dental terminology, practice, and proficiency.
